Daoist Five Element Qigong for Internal Organ Health

In Chinese medicine, the Five Element Theory states that all natural phenomena is organized into five patterns in nature: fire, earth, metal, water, wood, and that each element corresponds to specific organs in the human body.

Based on the wisdom of the five elements, this set promotes efficient qi flow to the heart, spleen, lungs, kidneys, and liver. Focused intention and visualization are used to balance energy flow.

Consisting of five gentle, graceful, and fluid movements, the exercises can be done as a complete set or individually to address specific organ conditions.
