Each class will take place from 7:00 pm - 7:50 pm MT (6:00 - 6:50 pm PT)

We will begin our practice promptly at start time, though latecomers are welcome to join.
Please ensure you have ample space to move your arms and legs freely.
All participants will be muted during the practice and all sessions will be recorded (only my screen will show in the recording).

The price for each class is $10
Payments are accepted via etransfer to practicinggraceqigong@gmail.com (note this is a NEWemail address)

* When you sign-up you will be automatically registered for the entire series and will receive reminder emails. Of course, it is your choice how many classes you choose to participate in.
